saving the WORLD prenstations

Today I saw presentations of my fellow clasmates and I relaize there are many things I should change on mine. I realize I should ionclude more pictures and more color to the background. I really like to just use color in the font rather than a pixelled picture in the backround.

Also I realized I should proofread my work and you can ask that to Miss Fenton and she;ll agree. Grammar and spelling weren't bad but they oculd be better. Also I should be more careful in the order of the slides and the effects i use. The timming is also very important because hosrt presentations make it loook not complete and long presentations make it look boring. I feel like i could wiork more in the citations. I resally could use a little more time to revise my project.

Powe POINT

Whenw we were in 5 and 6 grade, we had to do booktalks in powerpoint presentations. One huighe mistake I learned was to not only not exeed information in a slide but to don't use many pictures where there is texte. By doing this the audience only gets distracted by every picture instead of hearing you. Also the pictures can be confusing, disturbing, and vulgar to some people.Inthe PPT I saw, she was giving the summary and used pictures instead of text and when she was don , i was so concentrated in the pictures and teh effects taht I didn't have an idea of what was the whole book about. Imagines let the imagination of people fly away creating their own comparrisons, comedy, and stories. Another DON'T! is to use excesive body language. If you want people to be concentarted in your charts and graphs don't mive your feets arms legs, face, nose, head, because it'll distarct people and make them think about your bervousness and mistakes rather than your information. Also if you don't move at all it becomnes boringa nd looks like you are too nervous and you don't feel confortable doing those things. sO BETTER DON'T DO THAT AND YOU'LL BE A PRO IN PPT'S/
